2 oz. Chimayo Resposado Tequila
1 oz. Pama Liqueur
1/2 oz. Patron Citronage
1 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
shake ingredients, strain into salted glass
Jamaican Sunset - Jason
1 1/2 oz. Appleton 12 yr. rum
1/2 oz. Myers dark rum
1 1/2 oz. Orange Juice
1 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Sprite or sweet & sour mix
shake over ice, strain into ice filled Hurricane glass
garnish w/ orange wedge, pineapple or cherry combo
Traditional Pimms Cup - David
2 oz. Pimms #1
6 oz. Ginger Ale
2 oz. Fresca
1 cucumber wedge
1 orange slice
1 lime slice
In tall glass w/ice pour in order : Pimms, orange slice (twisted), ginger ale, lime slice (twisted), fresca.
Toss in cucumber slice

Mix equal amounts into a glass with ice.
Absinthe Minded Martini - Jason
3 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
1/2 oz. Absinthe
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
Splash dry vermouth
Orange peel
Properly chill a martini glass. In a mixing glass with ice, pour gin and absinthe and stir. In your martini glass, roll 1/2 oz. dry vermouth and discard excess. Strain other ingredients into martini glass and float 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier over top. Garnish w/orange peel.
Tequila Sundown - Howard
Pour all ingredients in a highball glass over ice.
1 1/2 oz. Milagro Silver Tequila
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Creme de Cassis
Top with Ginger Ale and garnish w/lime slice
Angry German - Jason
1 part Amaretto
1 part Blackberry Schnapps
1 part Jagermeister
2 parts Rose’s sweetened lime juice
1 dash salt
Ice cubes
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into shot glasses. Yell your favorite swear word and drink.
Beach Bum - Jason
1 part Orange juice
1 part Bacardi Limon
1 part Sprite
Pour into a glass with ice. Stir.
Cosmoquila - Jason
2 oz Cazadores Anejo tequila�
1 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz Lime juice
1 splash Cranberry juice
Pour over ice and enjoy!
Arkansas Buttermilk - Jason
3 qt Pineapple juice
3 qt Orange juice
3 qt Grapefruit juice
1 pint Lemon juice
1 pint Grenadine
1 fifth Vodka
1 fifth Jack Daniels
Pour ingredients one at a time, preferably in a “new” (2 gallon or larger) red plastic gas can that has been cleaned and serve from gas can.
Dewing the Captain - Jason
1 oz Spiced rum (Captain Morgan’s)
12 oz Mountain Dew
Pour 1oz rum over crushed ice add Dew
Pink BoHawk - Bo
2 oz. Cruzan coconut rum
1 oz. Cruzan dark rum
Splash of lime
Top off highball glass with cran-apple juice
